We always aim for a mix of inspiring, versatile, and interesting music. BEAT brings the beats that make you want to dance! Energetic pop, hip hop, and EDM tracks form the foundation of BEAT. You’ll also experience a mix of playful and groovy sounds, along with ambient and even melancholic tracks, ensuring you feel every movement with your whole soul!
Hydrohex Fitness Classes usually happen in pools that are about 120-140cm deep, so your feet can touch the floor all the time. Some classes do have some floating moves, but no worries, we’ve got options for everyone. We do suggest having the basics of swimming, or at least doing the classes with someone keeping an eye on the people in the pool, just in case. Maybe this is just the nudge you need to dip your toes into swimming!
